our parking spots next to the hostel were blocked by the night market that day
After arriving late on the 4th of September. I spent the first full day hiking a 5.8km long hike close to the hostel. The Waihe'e Ridge Trail is in the West of Maui and offers great views on the forest and the ocean.
Afterwards we went to the Baldwin Beach Park to see some turtles, enjoy a local drum circle and watch the sunset. On our way back to the hostel we run into a local night market with some food and performances
